Financial Policy:

MasterCard®, Visa® and your business Checks accepted

Refund policy:

Down payments are not refundable. Client will approve balance payments for services rendered before payment is invoiced or accessed.

Delivery policy:

Delivery times vary per project. Also project timelines can be affected by client input (supplying project elements, approval, etc.).

Privacy Policy:

We will never give away, make available or sell your information (financial, business, personal or email) to a third-party unless you formally approve of this transfer. A transfer would only occur when you agree to use our services, which might require Niche Agency to provide it to a sub-contractor or vendor such as a credit card institution or our bank.
